All members and prospective members are required to fill out and submit the following two forms:

• Sacramento Valley Elite Lacrosse Club Information Sheet
• Club Waiver Form

Tryout Fees

Tryouts are held twice a year, in the fall and late spring. The fee for tryouts is $10 paid in advance.
